Four days and three nights of deep relaxation, dropping out of your head and into your body to explore what it means to feel integrated, grounded, and self-loved. You'll have access to both active and restorative classes, as well as a supportive community of like-minded women. Enjoy nourishing meals and take some time for yourself with massages, Temazcal sessions, books, surfing, hiking or simply soaking up the sun. It's a rejuvenating experience that will help you connect with who you truly are and come back having a fuller cup.

Five classes and workshops designed to integrate the body, soul, and mind. Through contemplative practices, Meditation, Sounding, Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, Body Art, and Lymphatic Drainage.

Location

A beautiful, glamping resort in Mexico between the charming little towns of Todos Santos & Pescadero in the Baja California Peninsula's southern tip. It is a short drive away from Todos Santos and Las Palmas beaches. A 90 min drive from Los Cabos International Airport.

Hi! I’m Janna

I’m a 500hr Pilates Instructor, Somatic Coach, Certified Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, and Body Art teacher, among other certifications. I blend everything I have experienced and studied into one place. The core of what I teach is compassion and mindfulness through the body. Have any questions?

Rooms

Treehouses or Teppees with minimalist interior designs inspired by nature, surrounded by coastal vegetation, feature King or Twin Beds, private bathrooms, and showers. Each unit has either pool or desert views.

Double Occupancy

$1,000 per person, meals, classes, and room included.

Single Occupancy

$1,400, meals, classes, and room included.

Suite Casita (the largest room available)

$1,600 meals, classes, and room included.

Upon registering to save your spot, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is due.

The first four rooms to book will get a Treehouse! The following rooms will be Tepees.

FAQs

Transportation to/from Los Cabos to the Hotel, Gratuity for staff, and Treatments/massages, Temazcal or Alcoholic beverages.
We know life happens, things come up, people get sick, and work throws you a curveball; we get it. The cancellation policies are as flexible as we can make them without leaving us vulnerable to the full cost of our reservation. I’m contractually obligated to pay the full amount of the retreat, no matter what happens. If you can’t make it but know somebody that can take your place, that’s fine as well but it’s your responsibility to make the transfer.
Cancel before June 4th- You will lose your $400 deposit, but no additional payment will be required.
If you cancel 90 days before the Retreat, you will forfeit the entire trip cost.

Yes! The signal is not amazing but enough to check in with loved ones.
It is women only 18+. We’ve had mom-and-daughter groups in the past. If you feel called to it, you belong. Everything I teach can be easily modified.

Los Cabos International Airport we are an hour away. If you are on the same flight as me I will arrange transportation for all of us otherwise please reach out to Transcabo to schedule your transportation to the hotel.
San Pedrito Surf Break (advanced wave) and a beach bar are just 5-10 min e-Bike or Side by Side ride away (on-site rentals available). But the best Swim Beach is Cerritos Beach (beginner wave) which is a short drive by car (less than 10 min) or back roads on the bikes.
